Seniors In Isolation Walk

Entertainment by Mark Fitsch.  Fruit, water, popsicles and snacks are donated from local Sobey’s and Safeway.  And McDonalds has provided coffee.   It will be a fun morning with Citadel recreation team leading the Macarena and a Hula Hoop Contest!  Our Inspired Living Yoga Instructor will be leading in stretching and an instructor from the St. Albert 50+ Club will be leading the cardio warm up!
